Project First Nations is a not-for-profit organization that connects indigenous with non-indigenous youth through the implementation of sports, arts, and social programs.  We aim to create a bridge between the youth who reside in urban Canada with youth who live in remote First Nation communities across the country.  We dream of One Canada with equality of opportunity.  We do not have paid staff.  Everyone involved, from adult supervisors to youth leaders, is a volunteer.  To learn more about our programs, please peruse our site and visit the social media platforms in which we are present.  To find out more or to donate to the cause, please send us an email at info@project5.ca to learn about the options.

Due to Covid-19, all of our programs have been put on hold.  Please check back to learn more about our plans.

About

Here at PROJECT FIRST NATIONS, we are committed to a single goal: we strive to help youth making connections through sport and the arts.

Project First Nations is all about empathy. Our founders, Dan Romano and Paulo Pereira, have been educators for over two decades. Their experience working with teens has contributed to the tremendous passion that is Project 5.

Explore our website to learn more about all that we’re doing to make a change. We are dedicated to providing youth with the opportunity to connect in solidarity, while developing meaningful relationships and acquiring new experiences.

Please also get involved by either taking part in our projects or by contributing financially to the cause. Project 5 can only be effective with your involvement.
